Go to a vet in your area that is a breeding specialist. Why the cesarean? What happened with the first litter?

The estomac was VERY BIG and we was @ 61 Days , So the vet decide to Operate her . She had 11 Puppys ...

61 days was not a good reason for the operation.
Change vets.
If an animal can't reproduce without assistance then it should not be bred.

I wouldn't breed her again right away after having 11 puppies. Especially not again having 11 puppies by c-section. The problem is that the uterus needs a break. It takes time to heal and recooperate from 11 puppies. It takes time to heal and recooperate from a c-section. Add the two together and it really takes time. I would strongly recommend waiting another 6 months. The risks of not waiting are not conceiving, smaller litter size, but most of all, smaller, less healthy, not as strong of puppies. Also, she could potentially have some uterine inertia problems or difficulty having the puppies naturally as a result of not giving the uterus proper time to heal. Most suture materials used to close the uterus after a c-section are long acting disolvable sutures which can take around six months to dissolve, meaning there should be suture material present in the uterus. My knowledge comes from working as head veterinary technician (and surgical technician) for a veterinary reproductive specialist for over 7 years. Breeding her again now is really not in your bitch's best interest nor the best interest for the potential litter.

I am with Moons on this one, 61 days was no reason to do a c-section. I am taking it this last litter was her first?
I would not breed her this time no matter what. Others will tell you it is okay and they may be right but why take the chance.

Looks like your vet needed to pay mortgage and you needed to educate your self rather then blindly accept anything vet says. There is GOOGLE .
Gestation period of GSD is 58 - 68 days. So why to panic and have c section at 61. Normal pregnancy is 62 -63 days.
Educate your self before you breed dogs. I mean this the best possible way even so I may sound rough.:).

I would not breed this female for 1 year and with a c cection I would give her 1 and a half years so that she is in perfect health and has had a long rest 11 pups takes a lot out of the female without a c section and this female had to cope with the c section to so please give her a break why do you want to put her life at risk with another litter is it for ££$$ or to make the money that you lost on the c section ??? how much do you love the female ??? or is money top priority ??? what ever you decide I sure hope it is this female you are thinking of and not the ££$$
