Hey Ruger!
When I was watching this "Introductory" video you were one person who came to mind who I thought might be interested in seeing this particular video, as well as the others available there. I wish I could give you my personal "Seal of Approval" on the Leerburg/Ellis DVD's after having utilized them myself with great sucess, but I can't because I haven't!(Laugh!)
Maybe somebody else will chime in with some personal experience with these products.
Glad you appreciate them, but the real thanks should go to Ellis, et al, for making them available. I'm just passing along something I thought others might find interesting or useful. Anyhow, small bits of knowledge gained are better than none at all. Not to mention, FREE definitely fits my budget!

If you're gonna snipe at me about making it "easy" for people, why not actually make the link in your own post work, first?
Its so easy a five year old can do it:
www.youtube.com/user/leerburg
About half the videos Leerburg puts out these days feature Micheal Ellis.
Subscribing either to Leerburg's YouTube channel, or signing up for Leerburg's e-newsletter, lets you know when new vids come out.
Often, the vids don't make it onto the Leerburg site or into the newsletter, so the YouTube channel is really your best bet to ensure you get to see all of them.
Since I'm such a nice guy, here's SteveO's link.
New and improved, with added functionality in every bite!

Ah damn. Missed corny joke opportunity.
I should have typed that:
"New and improved, with added functionality in every BYTE."
Ah well. Maybe next time.

SteveO....I have to thank you for suggesting these videos,,,I really, really like this trainer...I have learned more from these videos than I have from all the personal training I have had....Not that I didn't learn anything from the personal training, but Michael Ellis, IMO, has a very clear way of teaching and communicating........
Thanks, Ruger1
