I beg to differ, Mystere... Most of the negative shit in here is "personal" without usually a shred of truth. If it was, they would go about different means (legal means). Do attorneys get together and create a "Bad Attorney List"? No, because they are too sneaking and crafty to let something like that ever happen. Being an attorney must be great, because even if you fail miserably at your job, you still get paid! You even get paid when everyone loses! That's awesome...
And you are an attorney, Mystere? In the interest of fair play, how would you keep the list unbiased? In other words, how would you prevent it from being a "slam" page? Who is to say that the complaintant, or poster, is telling the truth?

Your comments say alot about you as well, Papas Fritas. Tell me what You and Sock Puppet, (since he agreed with you,) thinks it says about me!!! I don't think the OP said anything about, "please tell me what you think this idea says about me." Again, someone trying to start trouble...
Now to those who want to stay on topic, I can understand where legally, it could be risky. But isn't it just as risky to state it on an open forum. Perhaps maybe a different title, perhaps coments on breeders good or bad.. to the section, along with a disclosure agree before allowing anyone to post something.. Also, everytime someone agrees or comments on a thread about a bad breeder, that also could be used in a lawsuit. So really it would be no different as for liability goes. It would just be in one section for breeders. As for it that section being a slam page, this entire forum has become a slam page....

This is the general topic message board which means that regardless of which breed you prefer, the general topic message board is the same for ALL breeds... Get it? If you would close your mouth", and open your "eyes", you might actually learn something.
Regardless, I still am interested in German Shepherds, work them, and have them in my club. And I have always said that my last dog will be a German Shepherd...

Back from my swim. The liability is in creating a special section to be used to slam breeders with no proof. Lets see I don't care for you so as soon as this section is started I will be the first there complaining about you, so now who is going to figure out if my complaints are legit or not? Yes it can be put on the open forum and when someone objected then Oli would take it down with I am sure a threat of a lawsuit but now that some little delete freak had to run around getting a bunch of threads deleted it is almost impossible short of a court order to get a thread pulled ask Molly.
Who would mod this section is it not clear to you yet that Oli does not care what is posted here and now you can hit the abuse button and I bet nothing happens.

Unlike many people on here who think they know it all, I learn something everyday from this forum. I am not ashamed to say that. Somethings, have NOTHING to do with GSDs. Others things do. However, thank god there are people here that actually do contribute knowledge and do want to help. Those are the ones we can learn from.. Maybe you PF should take your own advice....

Unlike many people on here who think they know it all, I learn something everyday from this forum. I am not ashamed to say that. Somethings, have NOTHING to do with GSDs. Others things do. However, thank god there are people here that actually do contribute knowledge and do want to help. Those are the ones we can learn from.. Maybe you PF should take your own advice....

Are you serious? Just look at the name of the thread you posted!!! Look at my other recent posts ( also from today)... I have only tried help, speak from experience, and hopefully make a few people smile. You, on the otherhand, want to stir shit and give off nothing but negative energy.
