surely the attacks was by poorly bred dogs that have an ass for an owner who cant be botherd to take one hour of his/hers ''busy'' day to walk,train,mix with other dogs and people rather then just throwing it out in the backyard or in a crate all day by its self and then they wonder why it does not listen or its vicious . i think people like they should be picked out and charged with abuse and charge them soo much prison,fine,unpayed work etc of course they and not own another animal in there life they will not do it again i bet as for more laws forget that idea they dont work now and we have so many of them its unreal dont ban the breed ban the owner and make sure they dont own another living thing
