Thank you. I added those shelter to the list. I suspect the perp will dump them in a shelter out-of-state, anonymously, if not "dispose" of them some other way, as promised.

You should get the 2nd party on here, then someone can at least intercept the dog and puppies. I wouldn't wanna be a puppy in a shelter's cage.

If any of you think hard enough and you have been on here long enough then you could probably guess who it is.
The dog comunity is very small, a stunt like that could be the ruin of her.
