Does anybody have any tips on training a Deaf dog? If so please share :)

I've never trained a deaf dog, but I have a friend who had a deaf boxer trained very well. Hand signals, of course, and then he would use a flash light like a clicker.

Seen on FB a deaf dog in a shelter was taught Sign language! Ended up being adopted by a deaf woman after being trained.....Nice ending!

A collar that vibrates would be an excellent aid, too.
