Anyone have a recommendation, I live in Eastern PA (Allentown, Reading).  My regular vet does not have very good knowledge in this area.  Does anyone know approx. what the costs are for freezing/storing semen?

 Thanks,

Melanie

Check out Quakertown Vet Clinic. They handle these kind of things.

There is one in Northern VA named Dr. Dove. I have not used him, but have heard from others who have that he is an excellent repro specialist. Don't know the prices, but I am sure they could give you some info over the phone.

I have used this guy for other repro services and he was good as well-

I use Dr. Dove and he is excellent.  But a distance away from E. PA.  However, I believe Penn State has this service, and they arne't too far from you.

Stay away from George Govet doing business as Clone. He's in your area.

You are close to Penn, I'd take my dog there if I were you. They will give you the cost of collecting, freezing, and storing if you call them.

Not PA, but Dr. Hutchison is in Ohio...EXCELLENT reputation.

Hutchinson is the best, I know many who use him.

Still, Penn is the place to go if you are in PA.

The University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine is in Philadelphia.  Top caliber in every respect.

Penn State University is in State College PA - mid central PA - 4 hours or more from Philly.  Known for football LOL not canine repro!

Two different schools
