Michigan SchH Club? - Page 1

I am pretty new to Shepherds, including SchH clubs. I am looking to join a GOOD SchH club, that isn't 200 miles away. I am having trouble weaning out the good ones from the bad ones. Please email me if you don't want to post publicly. Feel free to give recommendations of some good clubs, and/or some tips on picking a good club for us. Let me know if I need to provide some more information. THANKS, please remember, I'm a newbie, and still learning! :) Thanks guys!

PS. I am located in Lower Central Michigan, near Fenton, just to give an idea where the club would hopefully be close to. I am willing to drive two hours one way for a Good club. 

You may want to talk to Chris Wild about their club.  I believe it's called Southern Michigan Police and Schutzhund Club.  Chris' website is http://www.wildhauskennels.com/ for contact info.

We have a club in MI but it's in Grand Rapids.

Based on Chris' web site, it looks like he's got his head on straight as far as breeding is concerned.  Nice dogs, and I love his detailed written guarantee.  Hopefully his club is equally well run.

I know of someone that wants to start a club. They train right now, but don't have enough people yet to get a club going. If anyone would be interested in going there and checking it out just email me. He is located in Lakeview Michigan, and he has 20 acres. For me it is about a 2 hour drive, but worth it.
