Two young and apparently sibling Belgian Malinois' have been found in my area. The have ear tattoos with NE703 and NE704.
Any ideas for locating the owner or kennel they came from?

I am located in upstate NY. One of the dogs has been adopted out of the shelter after a 6 day redemption period. The other is being fosterd before being placed by the American Belgian Malinois Club rescure organization.
