I have a nine month old female who has always been quite fearful of one of our house help. Always avoiding him when he came near her. We always thought that it was his big rubber boots that he wore constantly-as he is in the yard and garden most times- that she didnt like and so avoided him.
This help has been with us since she was with us from 2 months old. But we never thought that it was anything else because our other gsd(slightly older) has never had any problems with him.Well yesterday my wife and the gardner witnessed the help swinging his leg around the pup, and although they didnt see any direct contact of the boot with the pup, it now makes sense why the pup has been so fearful of him. I dont know if he has actually kicked her or has just been scaring or threatening her, but I aim to find out in a couple of days when he comes back to work( I prefer to confront him personally!). My pup is otherwise reasonably happy go lucky with everyone else, and not particularily fearful overall, as the whole family showers her with love regularly, although just wondered if this may have caused some trauma to her in some way. I have always been reassuring with her in general. I just dont want her to turn into a fear biter or something.
You know you just can never tell. Otherwise this hired help(who has been with us for 10 months) has been fine and has given us no problems. Ok so he is not a dog or animal type of person, but that certainly does not justify this type of behavior and I certainly will not put up it you can be sure of that. He comes from a small village in the indian subcontinent and maybe they dont see animals as pets in the same light as my family and I do.

Is hanging illegal where you are?

actually....I thought Native Indians held "animals" in a higher respect than most other cultures..???
No question that this person needs to find employment elsewhere.

He would not be setting foot back on our property.

Actually that is a myth about native americans. They are like ranchers, the animal is important for survival not to goo goo over.
I will leave it at that.......

klekoni,
After reading this post and some of your other posts I have to wonder if all the issues you've asked here has been caused by this dude you have working for you?
I think you should have him leave. I think it would be hard for me to not end up in jail over this creep.
Where ever you hired this guy from I'd make sure that any other people who consider him know he's abusive to animals. Maybe small children too.
I'm sorry for your girl. Expose her to a lot of NICE people and a lot of males as she may be more afraid of them now.
Good Luck and give her a hug for all of us.
