what are signs of a false pregnancy? does the stomach get large? and grow? My bitch has a large tummy growing but has never tied with a male.She is acting normal and eating and playing like always. any advice is helpfull thanks

Everything looks just as if she is pregnant and suddenly puuff.... back to normal like nothing happened.
Are you sure she had no contact with a male? Is it possible that it happened without your knowing? Some males are artists when it comes to getting to the female in heat.

will look ,like she is pregnet,even have milk,had a female go thru this one time....

She may have all the symptoms of being pregnant except no puppies.
Please be sure to take her in and have her vet checked. She may also be having a pyometra, which is an uterine infection and could be life threatening. The vet can tell with some blood work.

One of my females did this every heat until spayed. She got fat, looked like she had milk, even dig a hole to have pups, but was never bred and never pregnant.
