I am wanting to know if anyone has used the UC Davis DNA testing panel for the GSD. This breed-specific panel includes:

Canine Leukocyte Adhesion Deficiency (CLAD/LAD)

Degenerative Myelopathy (DM)- United States, Canada, and Australia Only

Hemophilia A (HEMA)/Factor VIII Deficiency

Hyperuricosuria (HUU)

Hypohidrotic Ectordermal Dysplasia (XHED)

Mucopolysaccharidosis VII (MPSVII)

RCND Cancer (RCND)

If you used this service, did you buy your own 'swabs' or use theirs?    What do you feel about the results and accuracy of the test, especially if you used the ' G-U-M Proxabrush or Go-Betweens' instead of the UC Davis test swabs.   Thanks.

I am using Paw Print Genetics. It has an open database and they basically test for the same things.

Does Paw Print require you to use their supplied swabs?

Yes, as far as I know. They send you the entire kit. But you can also just contact them and ask.
