what are sone indications of a pups color at maturity. For example I was told that on sables its the color of the tip of thier tail that's usually thier color at maturity. whats been your experience?

Is the dog you are talking about the one in your avatar ? Sables like that usually get darker. I had one similar in collor that had a black diamond on his tail. Does yours have one ?

The only tip I know is for Golden Retrievers. You look at the color of their ears. :)

yes Jeff he has a black diamond on his tail. Thanks, I appreciate your answer. He loves to work and shows good drives but he's a family companion . I eventually would like to do ppd training but if we don't thats okay.
