Malinger Kennels update - Page 1

Just thought it worth mentioning that Jenn Segal of Malinger Kennels has threatened to sue me over the factual posts I made about her business practices and in particular the complaint I made to the BBB. The women who attacked my last post have also been chasing my reviews all over the 'net, including on the BBB site, to try to harass and intimidate me into taking them down.

Just thought it worth updating, since this is the kind of person you deal with when you buy from this kennel. IMO, honest business people do not need to threaten to sue when their behaviour is brought public. My posts are completely true and factual.

Admin, if you need me to post the evidence of this claim I am happy to do so.

Linked this post to my friend who went to view dogs at Malinger kennels and decided (very wisely) against getting a pup there, especially upon viewing the contract that was presented.

jillmissal - I would think that the BBB is independent enough to be un-influenced by any attempts to sway their findings, and hope the truth comes out.    

Yes you will need to show proof that this is still happening and is currently happening.

If not then it looks like you are just trying to cause problems.

Edited to add: hmmm it won't upload the image. I get a 405: Not allowed error. Advice?
