I was curious as to what other breeders use for worming a litter and at what age. I currently use fenbendazole 1ml. per 4 lbs. and at 5-6 weeks old.

I prefer to use Nemex, and Droncit tabs until 8 weeks and then Drontal plus after that, since I am at the library right now, I haven't the dosages in front of me. And since the library isn't open on weekends, I will pull that info this weekend and email to you on Monday when i can again get to the library again. I start worming at 3weeks old and worm weekly until the pup leaves my home.

"panacur" from the vet, 1 cc per 4.4 pounds, panacur is given for 3 consecutive days. I start my puppies on this at 3 weeks of age, repeat at 6 wks and then again at 8 wks. Works well on puppies and adults, and can be given to pregnant bitches. Panacur is available in liquid or it can be sprinkled on food as its available as a "powder" also. Hope this helps.
