Ok, the cartoon! The guy (Mike Lindell) does TV commercials for his company my pillow.
They are on all the time, they are totally boring. Even annoying...
So the point of the cartoon is the lady is saying she would even rather see political campaign commercials than my pillow commercials. Many people around here would agree with her.
