Hello, I am wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for a German shepherd kennel that breeds more for herding.
I know Kirschental but he is retired now?
We don't have a huge farm. Just a few sheep right now but would like a dog that would be more inclined to have herding instincts.
Any advice would be highly appreciated! Thanks.

Karl Fuller isn't just retired, he's dead. His family tried to keep the kennel going for awhile after he died, but eventually disbanded it and sold all the dogs. If you want to do HGH herding, about your only source for dogs is Ulf Kintzel of White Clover Sheep Farms. http://www.whitecloversheepfarm.com/sh-kennel.htm
If anyone out there knows of other kennels, please chime in!

Sentinel Harts in California has dogs titling in both HGH and AKC style herding trials. http://www.sentinelharts.com
