can anyone give me the correct address for the SV.
i need to get a bescheinigung and want to send the pedigree to the attention of sabine leib,

Fred, why don't you just send Fr. Leib an e-mail at akc@schaeferhunde.de and ask her what and how you should do what you need to do? In my opinion that would be your best action.
For reference, the S.V.'s website is: http://www.schaeferhunde.de/ and their physical address and telephone numbers are listed there.

The SV has an extremely helpful group of bi-lingual employees. We've asked multiple questions by email and have always received a prompt polite helpful answers.

If the owner sent the papers through the SV already (if your name is typed on the back) you only need to send Sabine an email with your credit card number. You would not have to send the original pedigree back to the SV if they already show you as the registered owner in their files

ummmm. It's not really a great idea to send credit card information by email. Secure server only, or wire transfer. We used the postal mail when we requested and hd to include credit card informaiton. Took a bit longer but was still fairly quick and much safer.
