okay okay so I keep filas and CO to guard my horses from dog attack. NOT coywolves.


Here is the thing i have a czech gsd who can perform just as good as them, even more forward and will kill coyotes so easy.


ALMSOT EVery other gsd i have owned can't do this, they just don't have the guts or the ability take a wild predator down so easy or a feral dog.


WHy is this? Certain lines of gsd been bred to protect sheep?

1. I understand most people own gsd's that are weak and easily over taken by coyotes or minks or kids or birds

2. These are just soft watered down versions of the original dogs.

3. My female with a broken ear performs as good as my fila in this task, the male sport dogs cannot do this, they dont have that cat like build my bitch does.

4. I want another czech dog with strong shoulders and feet able to grab and headlock but they dont seem to exist now?

5. Men dont get mad at me cause your dogs (male dogs) cannot perform this task if their life depended on it. Its not my fault.

6. My bitch saved my horse from a pit mix who pulled my horse down this is a 16 hand fiesty ex race horse. She was able to put holes into the pits head and mutilate its face. I want another shepherd like this. Filas and CO dogs dont listen as well. Also they will just bite a person in the face and not ask questions. The GSD at least has balance.

 

7l. the ability of the shepherd to overcome other dogs so easy a rare trait? ability to use jaws so easy to crunch faces and heads and grab onto necks of coyotes and kill so quick. The best farm guard ever. I noticed when a coyote bit my dogs face it didnt hurt her much, bites to the neck as well. was thick skin and protection fro mbites bred into some genes? 

 

I know gsd were not bred for this but the way the bitch performs the job is just too good, 3 hunting dogs went after my lama, when she showed up they turned on her and ended up with holes in their heads and chest all bloody the bitch had no mark on her. 

 

The fila and co are so slow to get ot the issue the lama would be dead by the time they get there. They cant catch coyotes or predators, too slow. 

 

Today most GS breeders don,t care about this properties most of them are only sport pedigree
and that guarding have nothing to do with the real life and global  they don,t  test any serious courage.

This is why a lot of genetic  important properties are gone, so you will better with an other breed
Kangal, Caucasian Owscharka, Russian terrier. dogo Argentino are much better breeds and stronger than GSD for example......they have that genetics still in their bloodlines not that COMMERCIAL  moneybreeders of course

(For sure on this board  someone have a real killer  GS in his kennel .....ahum)

Than we come to the point this strong breeds are not made for every

handler.....

 

Black, my next house neighbours "rescued" a Kangal bitch directly from Turkye - she is a whimp, not able to protect anybody...
It's not about the breed, but about the single dog.
Breed = Tendency
Dog= Reality

no russian terrier on earth could get past my 90 pound czech bitch

a german shepherd is suppoes to be a stronger biter thhan these breeeds

WE BREED FOR BITE POEWR other breeds bite power is not tested

YEAh my co is great, she has thick skin protection from predators

Kengals dissapoint me, it is about the breed because some dogs are bred and made to do this, my female czech with a broken ear ten years old has thick sikin around her neck as well but no she is not as powerful as a CO or kengal.

But any dog her size , way of attack and biting method makes it so hard for a dog to get past her. Her manner of defense is like a leopard she wraps around the predators face, i have not seen this in any dog

The livestock dogs have gotten way softer, finding a good one isnt as easy as you think, a lot are catering them to the high demand of city people wanting one.

Do you really think there is a difference between your so called " livestock dogs" and the GSD breed?
All of them have to adapt..

Anyway, selecting Gsd for dog fighting is not real. I have spayed bitches, good workers, because of dog aggression.
