SOME SEEMS TO HAVE TO BE REPEATED AND SOME SEEM TO CAUSE A BOUT OF DIAREAH COULD SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THEY USE OR WHAT THE BEST ONE SEEMS TO BE?

I use Strongid in my litters or Nemex but it depends on what you are worming for.. all wormers have to be repeated since the life cycle of the parasite is unknown.. with the exception of tapeworms which are treated on as as seen basis..
What specifically are you deworming for and how old is the dog???
