Personally, I like the Mini Educator. It's easy and flexible, Service is great.

Is the E Collar still allowed in the Netherlands?

Can buy every type E-collar in every shop in Holland,all handlers in KNPV still use it, they went forbid it oficial this year
but I still have nobody SEEN PAY any fine ......its not very clear the law about e-collars who may use it and who not.

KNPV without E-collar is not possible ...............or we will go back to the old days with iron sticks

Thank you both; I currently have an older Dogtra I am trying to charge, think it's not going to do so. BUT I will also look into the mini educator. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all. Thanks again NAN

That is not good Bundi; or worst would be for it to stick on "ON"; really could cause some problems. Was not really happy with Dogtra however for the money it was OK. Sent for new batteries a couple days ago, mine would not charge. After all it is 10 years old and used a lot. Thank you, Nan
