I bought a slat mill from dogtrotter. Best thing I have purchased in a long time. My dog runs on it every day and loves it! It is spendy, but it is very solid and well built. With how much abuse it gets, it needs to be well built.
If you are handy, you can build one yourself. I know there are readily available plans on YouTube and the internet.

Can you post the plans? All I've seen are carpet mill plans.
