My wife has a female Rottweiler almost 2 and never has been in heat. Any explanation for this my female german shepherd has the same age and has been in heat 3 times

Possible that the GS is stronger/dominate and that suppresses the Rot from coming in.
She could be a very clean girl with a short cycle or silent heat because of the other female and no male around to help out.
