I would like to use this form to request some help in obtaining a quality pregnant female. I have been in contact with a couple of oversea breeders that I felt were a little iffy. My question is: how can I trust a breeder to actually send me the dog I request or the dog at all. I've read a lot of unfortunate events that has transpired in these classifications. I had a breeder immediately send me his bank information so that I could deposit the money into his account. That was before we actually talked about all the semantics that would Intel in me getting the dog shipped to me. So again my question to you is: how can I actually trust a seller to send me the dogs with the paperwork, with the titles with everything that I'll need to have the dog registered here in the states. Or if someone knows of a good quality dog here in the states, I'll be more than happy to go pick her up.
Your feed back in this topic well be greatly appreciated.

Obviously, you want a companion and solid tempered dog.
But are you looking for Working Lines, Show Lines, or a mix of those lines. Are you considering a sport ie. SchH, agility, obedience, service work, etc etc.
Supply these and we'd be able to send you in the correct direction.

It appears the OP is looking for show line:

To the OP - do you have much experience within the breed, or are you just looking at getting right into the breeding/selling market? I see you have a young female already - how is she doing in her training?

I'm looking for a quality showline dog with good genes. My current female is 1 and has been in training for 5 months. Her obedience and tracking is really good. She loves bite work and has a strong bite.. Hopefully in the next 6-8 months she will be able to get her IPO one, hopefully higher than that but that's my goal.
I'm looking for a pregnant female so that I could choose the best puppy out of her litter which I feel would have really good drive and have the markings of a show line dog. And yes, i would love to breed these dog.
For example: I did Pennhip on my female and her distraction index was .43 on left and right. I did D.M. testing and she was clear. But there is no way I would breed her, not until she is titled and old enough. In my opinion 2 and above.

So to answer your question: ( do you actually have years of experience and are starting a breeding program with a well-thought-out plan to make exceptional GSD'S?)
No, I don't have years of experience. But I know enough to start off with a good foundation and build upon that.

Because what it sounds like, if you'll excuse my bluntness, is that you're looking to buy a dog that will pay for her own purchase in less than 63 days by giving birth to a litter of bank account deposits, oops, I mean puppies. And if that's the case, you'll find few people here who would want to support that activity from you or anyone else--it's not personal, it's a principle thing--so you're not going to get any recommendations or referrals.
If, however, this is just a misunderstanding due to the limitations of communicating via an interwebs message board, I beg your pardon, and please tell us what lines you like, which ones you're working with in your present female, and what you'd like to have in a mature female to use as your foundation bitch.
There's nothing wrong with starting out a kennel by purchasing a mature, proven brood bitch that has filled her owner's kennel with her offspring and could now serve as someone else's foundation, and buying her already bred so you get access to the lines of a stud you're also interested in adding the genetics from--it's another thing entirely to just becoming a checkbook breeder who knows zip about bloodlines and trait production, and who doesn't give an F about those things and just wants the dog to pay for herself right away. It's the latter that few people here will give the time of day.

Well, I can sit here and write about a Remo line, about a Vegas line, about a ballack line, Peik, Omen. I could go on and on. That's not the point. I guess your point was to see if I knew N E thing about what I was talking about. Maybe I don't. But like I stated before. I'm looking for a strong foundation to build a reputable kennel.
I have passed on a bunch of females because of what ever reason. I guess that when I find a bitch that I like and feel comfortable with the breeder (that won't just take my money) that is selling her then that's when I'll decide to move on obtaining my female.
