Puppies eat poo for a number of reasons.
1. Hunger
2. Nutritional deficiency
3. Learned behavior from the dam
4. Boredom
I'm sure there are more.

Add ground beef to meal number one and four.
Feed raw chicken necks, backs and wings, legs or thighs with the bone instead of cooked boneless chicken in meals two and three.
Fact: Raw chicken with the bone has the perfect nutritional ratio your pup needs.
Raw yolks are good but not the whites for feeding pup because the albumen inhibits some nutrient absorption. Not sure about cooked whites. The bread is not needed at all, it is a filler, pup needs his food to have value.

Added bonus for a pup (or dog) eating raw chicken bones is that fabulous, healthy gums and white teeth are seen.
The ground beef should also be raw, you want some of that fat available for your pup, too.
My rescue pup (a healthy 95 lb dog today) was weaned and reared only on raw, with some high quality kibble. Your pup will love it, and be healthier for it.
Be vigilant with your potty clean up, too. The less opportunity to eat poop, with a better diet should get him out of the nasty poop eating habit.

Feeding him a more nourishing diet of adequate amounts should take care of the problem. Be sure to keep your pup up to date on worming meds.
What amounts of food are you feeding each time.
Chicken with bones should be fed in larger amounts than hamburger. Feeding hearts and Kidneys an other parts of the animals is also very healthy.

Nans I wish I had puppies that ate so little at that weight. I have GSD's and at 35# they will eat 2-3 Chicken leg quarters per day and they will weight 1.25# each, they have acess to some kibble twice a week. That is their balanced diet and they have nice long lives on that diet.

He is a long hair showline puppy still got a floppy ears at 4 months
Update : I took him for a long walk and introduced him to a 5 months female white german shepherd to socialize and get him to poop infront of me , but he didn't do it , as soon as he is home I went to get him some water I found that he already pooped and ate it , I am starting to get worried and a bit sad he sometimes prefer poop than food , I don't know if it's a bad habbit or health issue
