The previous post is too old. So I am just wanting to make a response to it. I made a huge mistake and I hope others will not do as I did. I tried to do something nice and make jokes about so doing the niceness. Before I ever do a niceness ever again I will think over it many many times and never do it again. All I can say, I am just so sorry that I did that.

Please no responses as I am finished with this and wanted all of you to know that I made this huge mistake and will go hide in my dog house.

Anyhoo I have always wanted to know how home mortgages work in the States.

 

How much deposit, how is your ability to meet repayments evaluated. What happens to the mortgage if you can't pay. How long is an average mortgage.

 

What's a typical family home worth in an average decent suburb, median price.

 

Might as well get something out of this.

The price of houses vary by where you live, Vk. A house with 23 acres of land went for $127k in my state, but I've seen houses with a half acre back yard for sale for $400k in Maryland.

I just searched Google. Found a house in Maryland on one acre for $415k.

Too costly. What would be the price of a house with one acre land in your state?

I found this house with four beds, three baths, and 3,014 square feet for $181,260. It's only on .33 acres, but it's nice looking, though!
