Could you please delete the thread that beetree started, Criteria for a win. She obviously created it for me to respond in but rather than stick to the issue, a comment by her that I labeled racist, she openly refused to answer any of my questions and stated that she didn't have to explain herself to me. This is strange since that would seem to have been why she created the thread, to explain herself.

Instead she chose to insult me and her minions jumped in and also insulted me. What did any of Chaz's posts have to do with the topic? He just wanted to share his feelings on short people. They then accuse me of being a stalker on a thread to which I was basically invited.

I made my opinion of beetree's comments on the Academy Awards clear. If she doesn't care to explain them to me then why start a thread in the first place? If she doesn't believe she needs to explain herself that's fine and we can just let what she said and my response to it stand and leave it at that. If she can't just leave it at that and feels the need to address the issue then let her create a new thread but I would ask that she is made to stick to the point and not simply revert to personal attacks. The same goes for her buddies.

In short, she made a comment. I said it was racist. She says it wasn't. Others can read what she wrote and draw their own conclusions. If that isn't enough for her, and it should be given how often she has said she was going to stop responding to me, then at least make her stay on topic. I don't like insults for the sake of insults nor do I like being baited into using them and anyone who reads through that thread will see who exactly made the most use of them and who was trying to bait me into that game.

I mean, what is with this crap about being soulless? Talk about taking dramatic license. I believe a comment is racist and suddenly I'm the antichrist? That's a lot of anger and hate being directed at me and it's a serious overreaction.

Anyway, that thread served no purpose other than provide a dramatic setting in which to insult me so it really should go. And you know things are strange when I'm the one preaching civility and maturity.

This is the OT forum where pretty much anything goes, the whole reason for creating this forum was to hopefully keep all the bitching in one forum. So sorry the thread will not be deleted, I suggest you ignore other members if you don't like their posts

Thank you for the response. I wasn't asking because I had a problem with their posts directed at me but was concerned about my posts directed at them, more specifically how they react to them. That thread was clearly created for me to respond in so my posting there made sense. ML and Chaz jumped in to insult me. Fine. I have heard far worse from people who meant far more to me. Then ML said he was going to complain to Admin about my stalking him when he was the one who initiated contact with me and I responded to him. That is not stalking on my part but it could be on his. So to be clear, in that situation if ML has such a problem with me responding to him then he shouldn't be running to Admin like a baby but just leave the thread?

So as long as I don't violate those rules I can pretty much just let the crybabies cry?

You are not violating any rules by reply to a thread as any member can. Certainly using the word stalker when a member posts to a thread is a bit of a stretch. If and when Admin feel a rule has been broken we will deal with it but very few rules here so not much gets the chop.
