I know this is probably a silly question but I need some help. Owen passed his CGC test. Yay! And now I need to mail this form in. I don't know if I'm supposed to send both or just the back one. Help is appreciated.

You just mail in one form.. It will say on the bottom of the form "owners copy" and the other will say to mail this form in with payment to AKC.
I am a CGC evaluator. So if you need more help please let me know.
Forgot to say.. CONGRATS on the CGC!!

Thank you Jyl! I appreciate the help. I've got it in an envelope to be mailed out tomorrow. Very excited as this is required before we can get our NASAR Air Scent certification later this spring. :)
