As some of you may remember, I was trying to get my rescue pup Quint from Michigan to Texas. It was a success and he is an amazing dog. I want to switch ownership on his registration paperwork but am not sure where to send inquiries. It is all in Dutch (I think, I know it is not German). It says "certificaat van fokniveau" and "Van Duitse Herdershonden, V.D.H" Quintus vom Twickelland, etc. Another certificate say "Raad van Beheer op Kynologisch Gebied in Nederland" and gives a website www.raadvanbeheer.nl (got on the website, all in Dutch with no tab for English).
HEEEELLLLLPPPP anyone with knowledge about Netherland registration.

certificaat van fokniveau this you can keep
pedigree, this you can also keep
certificate of ownership
this paper need to be signed by last owner and put your info on bottom half and send this paper registered to raad van beheer adres, they will send you invoice and when you pay , you will get it back with you listed as new owner, with this paper you can register in AKC
good luck

Is that the orangish paper with the last owner signature on it? My trainer friend got him from the original owner and it has her name and some long number on it beginning with "K". She was unsure what to do so signed the paper over to me.
And thank you
