So, I'm surfing the internet, and I came across this jewel. An eight year old show line male, SVV1, AD, V-rated, KKL1, with an "unbelievable temperament" and from "the world best European lines" for sale at $65,500 with guaranteed OBEDIENCE. Not even protection, but obedience. Do people actually pay these prices for a pet?! That's a down payment on a house!

And yes. You are SO RIGHT! Trucks, Vehicles, I feel the same way about!

I was actually just thinking this week about how high puppy prices have gotten. You're talking $2500-$3000 for a working line with a proven pedigree these days. Not sure how much longer that can sustain itself.

I know these prices exist, i know people pay that price, but i am always shocked... The german and other proven foregin kennels that i know of dont charge anywhere near that. Yes you have to pay for shipping but even after shipping costs, the finial price is still much lower... Heck even a pup out of tiekerhook (based upon a very recent purchase), which isnt in Germany, still cost MUCH less.. I understand that it cost $$ to breed and whelp but man, 2.5k - 3k seems really high????
