I am trying to figure out how to post a picture of an x-ray. I cannot find a tutorial on how to do that. Help, please?

I finally found a tutorial and followed it, only to get the following pop-up when trying to send it to the server:

"It was not possible to complete the request due to file system permission restrictions"

I don't know what that means or how to get past it.

It means you have to open up the photo on your computer with a photo type software program that has editing. You need to make the file size smaller, under 1 MB should be good.

Then try to upload the picture to the site using the CK Editor tutorial.

Thank you for that information, beetree. I tried with a 93kb size, jpg image. I will convert the jpg to a pdf and see how that goes. I appreciate it!

Well, I tried with the format changed to pdf and it gave me the same message. Is there another suffix I can try with? Photoshop seems to be able to save to just about anything from what I can see.

Why did you make it a pdf if you're trying to upload an image?

It should have worked as JPEG and 93 KB. That is a small size.

Try again, as JPEG. Or, take a screen shot of the PDF file you made and then upload that.

It often happens because your picture is too big - try re-sizing it ?
