Good day. What are you looking for a pup for? Sport, protection, pet?
I, personally, wouldn't get a puppy from this breeding.
There aren't any health tests or working titles on the parents, three grandparents don't have working titles and the other grandparent only has BH and AD. Two grandparents don't have health tests, either. I don't see any elbow tests at all.
If I was getting a pup from this breeding, I'd only spend a few hundred dollars, not $1,000+.
This is all I can say from the pedigree shown. http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/dog.html?id=2540869-atila-die-blume-stadt

Although I do agree with having some health tests such as Hip/Elbow Evals. I don't necessarily agree on some of the other health tests which aren't reliable enough to offer any real help...I also don't put the credence in that you have to have titles on a dog to be worthy of breeding...but I do believe that a dog that you want or want to breed should have good working ability...
There are now registries in Germany at agree and follow this thinking...A good working dog is a good working dog with or without titles...But a dog should offer something to the breed to be worthy of breeding...
Just remember whatever puppy/dog you choose for you and your family is for a long time and not to be taken lightly...So find someone that can help you make a wise decision..

Not a 'program' I'd want to be on-board with, on that basis alone.
