My guess is fair to good .. plenty good enough for anything including breeding. The rotation of the body is likely making the left look worse than it is due to the angle of view. The coverage on the left may cause a fair even with good positioning .. probably need a do over on this one. The three year old female may actually get dinged for age ( 3 years may equal good not excellent ) but in reality a female with hips as good as hers at 3 years is excellent. I think the bad positioning of the male leaves room for doubt which may make him fair but if a new xray was taken it might change the outcome .. do over if possible. With bad positioning shadows can create problems that are in truth not there.

Sockets aren't deep enough and making the pelvis level isn't going to change that much. Look at the ball joints on both sides: the socket doesn't cover very much of them.

My guess is 'fair', as the joints are pretty well-seated in the sockets even if there isn't much coverage.
