How does one remove a dog from the database once it is entered? Is it possible?

The reason I want to remove the dog is because I was asked to remove it by the breeder and owner. First, he wanted me to add some of his dogs, then when he saw I entered this dog , he asked me to remove it. He didn't designate which dogs to enter. Since I have done this for him before(added dogs) I was doing updates and entered this dog without asking. He didn't want it entered due to it not being Bred Surveyed. I'm just trying to keep the peace.

Altostland, How about a hand with this dog registration retractment problem? I would appreciate it. No more doing favors for people. I seem to always step in it.
