Importing pup from Italy...whelped in Czech..

I am importing an 8 month old puppy from Italy. To make this interesting...he was bred in Germany to West German stud by a Czech owner, whelped in Czech, bought by handler in Italy and now being sent to me in USA. He has Czech papers. The owner in Italy has no idea how to fill out papers transferring ownership and neither do I. When I imported from Germany the breeders always took care of paperwork transferring ownership.

Does anyone know where to begin?

first find out if he has export pedigree out of czech and if he is registered in italy now, than you know your next step

Thanks Duke.
He has CMU Export pedigree with his name on it. I do not know if dog is registered in Italy. I will ask.

if registered in italy you need exportpedigree from italy, if not you can redo czech exportpedigree

He is not registered in Italy. Will Czech require that he fill out any paperwork before export or can I do it all from USA.

easyest is to ask the breeder to do it send pedigree to him and he can make new exportpapers
