HAPPY BIRTHDAY XENA... She is 10 years old today - Page 1

Xena turned 10 years old today (May 15th).. I cannot not believe it time has sure gone by so fast. For her present today she got some new toys, a beef tendon and got to BITE THE BAD GUY!

Sounds like she had a wonderful birthday! Looking great for a senior gal!

Thanks.. She doesn't even act 10.. Everyone at the club can't believe she is 10 either. She has been a very healthy dog her whole life! She doesn't have any arthritis, her eyes are fairly clear and her hearing is still really good.
I hope we have many more birthdays to spend together.

Thanks Nans. I hope we have many more to come too. She LOVED her birthday present! She got to "bite the bad guy".. I stopped doing SchH with her last year. But I figured a couple bite for her birthday would make her so happy. It did!

Oooh, Happy Birthday, Xena, you beautiful girl! So glad you got to have a couple of bites on the bad guy, and got new toys...what exactly is the one she's tossing her head in joy over, Jill?  It clearly is entertaining her a great deal!

My Max turned 12 in March, and he got a new favorite toy, too--got him a Kong XL Squeez Crackle Ball which has held up VERY well to his enthusiastic munching and crunching and gnawing.  It's become his nightly ritual to chomp on it for an hour or so before falling asleep, so I'm inclined to say it's pretty sturdy.

The toy I got Xena is called a JW Pet Hol-ee Roller.. 

I do not leave unattended with it as she has destroyed a few of them... Lol.
