OK this one blew me away... The title on the ad says "TOP show male puppy for sale !!!" The pup has white toes higher up on the knuckle than what I would like to be seeing. Also in the ad says 5 Males and 5 Females from 2 litters for sale. Notice the door Jam behind the pups head ??? and the wall ?? Does anyone else "see" the problems with this ad ?? or am I just in a bad mood today ?

I missed that one, LOL. What a day. I noticed the same person is adverting a female I think it was, it looked like a Shar-pei X with Shepherd.

yes, the puppy has white toes. so if you are a person who shows gsds, you know better and won't buy the puppy. but is it really necessary to pick appart the way people live? hopefully no one will ever do that to something involving any of you.

dndbock.. I have NO problem as you say picking apart the way people live if it appears they are living in nasty conditions. This means the pups are living in the same. I have no problem with someone of meager means but that is no excuse to not clean your house. I know many poor people who have alot of class as people, and you know what? They maintain and are as clean as anyone. People are welcome to visit my home anytime as both it and my GSD are clean, well maintained and guests are welcome.

I think it is difficult to say that the people live in terrible conditions just by looking at the background of a picture. The puppy is obviously in good condition - the walls in my "mudroom" where dogs come in and out from the yard (which is muddy sometimes) are dirty, probably worse than that - because the dirty dogs come in and rub against it or shake on it - and I'm way more concerned with other things, such as taking care of my dogs, then washing down a dog-room wall. So the dirty wall doesn't bother me. I would look at the condition of the dog, and he looks fine. molly

Molly, Ditto. Our dogs and cats live in the house. If you don't like dog and cat hair getting on you, don't come in. Stay outside and deal with the sheep, goat, pony, and mule hair. :)
