Hello. My last female from showlines was a while ago. Now have an 8 month old from titled and health checked parents at about 68 lbs or so. He is intact. Questions....one....he is a mite loose in wrist joint....side to side mainly....not down in pasterns. Anyone with experience?
Secondly...he does not typically single track in the rear. Am I simply used to my old female who does and not familiar with a young intact male? Sounds silly but does an intact male walk differently than a female?
No lameness, no xrays yet....very spirited and a good appetite.
Thank you.

The experts will need a pedigree and or a video to give you a meaningful response. It might be something a youngster will grow out of, or into, or not ---depending on knowledge of certain lines or dogs, or by looking at the actual dog in motion.
Best of luck with your pup!

Males, being overall larger and often growing very rapidly or going through gawky phases, can often do some funny gaits while adolescents. Video or photos would help...
I have had some that paced only, didn't trot, for months and months. I've had some that didn't walk a straight line, lol...all turned out fine :)

Thanks for the replies so far. No pics or videos yet but understand the need. He did grow quickly and I put him on lower protein adult food vs puppy food by age 6 months.

I always thought a dog's nuts just has to effect their motion, better them than me.
