edit wrights - how to delete existing pedigree data?

Two and half years ago my friend created pedigrees for two of my dogs. So at the moment she is the creator and manager for this pedigrees. Now i want to delete this two pedigrees and create them on my own. I contacted my friend who is actually creator and manager and asked her to delete pedigrees of this dogs but she can't do it. I already sent e-mail describing my problem to admin (support@pedigreedatabase.com) but i didn't receive any answer till now. Which is the way to delete pedigrees?

That email is not going to get you the help you need. We are loathe to delete a pedigree especially if the dog has progeny. Matter of fact we will not delete dogs with progeny. Unless it is a fake pedigree or used in a scam.

You can PM me with a link to the pedigrees and I can name you creator, which is really not that much different than an editor.
