Seems to be an international problem - just google "ngp7.com" or "upk9,com" - they are almost everywhere trying to spam the forums ...

I have a suggestion. Maybe limit one profile to one email/IP address or add those captcha things in case it's a bot? I'm sure there's a work around for this, but it makes things a little more inconvenient for the spammer.
