Does anyone know why this dog was not used more than he was. I checked his performance record and its very, very good.

Small litter of ugly dogs.
Methinks he was not very fertile, he was probably bred quite a bit, but failed to produce litters from many of the breedings.
Just a hunch from reviewing his produce records...
