I CANNOT DELETE OR CHANGE OWNER OF NAPOLEON FLIGHT STAFF - Page 1

I need to delete or change owner to Napoleon Flight Staff (American Staffordshire Terrier) but if i press DELETE button nothing's happen, and if i try to insert new owner (Lucky Strike Kennel who is the effective owner) it gives me "Warning: an error occurred".
Please help me to resolve this question as soon as possible to give the possibility to the owner to modify his dog's pedigree.
