All schutzhund training in Germany is private because the general public in Germany does not view biting sports with much enthusiasm. Great video and the ideal club setup if you can afford all of the costs and trappings of the German system. In Germany the "club" is a part of a lifestyle and closed circle of individuals singing from the same SV hymn book although there are a few heretics.  For those less affluent and restricted to English an online US based IPO training site has started up and has been mentioned previously in some other web posts ( but not by me ). I have no connection to the site or persons involved and I am not a big fan of IPO other than for what it is "a dog sport or game". The site is Pronounced K9 and I will include a link below. From what I have seen the site is a training site for IPO protection phase with emphasis on helper work but also good for handlers needing to learn the basics and whys of IPO protection training. As the site currently stands it is a one trick pony ( IPO protection ) but it has potential. There are fees ( $25 per month maximum ) but those helpers involved seem to know what they are doing and the teaching is well done with a real bonus of not having teachers and helpers being so overconfident as to be annoying ( typical of a lot of club level helpers ). The people involved with Pronounced K9 have a lot more talent than a typical club level helper but obviously every helper was club level at some point so my apologies in advance to over all achieving club level helpers should I have disrespected your abilities.  Personally I find the site interesting due to the idea and the setup of how it is running .. I wish them well!!  The monthly fee is less than the gas money required for travel and most clubs spend a lot more time on protection than both of the other two phases ( obedience and tracking ).  Probably better off spending more time on tracking as that is the part the dogs hate most and the scores on tracking seem to heavily influence the scores and which dogs graduate to the next "belt".
