A gsd breeder in Quebec, Canada has been scammed
A puppy was paid for in full by the buyer and he refuses to send the puppy nor the money.
He is a scammer and a thief.

You cannot come here and just state that you heard/know of a person that was scammed and name them
If you were scammed then send me a PM of the proof. You can post it here as well You may use their name IF you also use your real name
Do not post email messages on the board it is against the TOS, those you can PM to me for proof.
