if you think your pup has a problem with diarrhea - ok you set up an appoinyment with your Vet -- firefly i am not critising you - but an appointment is not good enough ! even if you mad an appointment prior to your post -- i hold to my previuos statement -- with a 4 week pup .. time is of the dessence as it is a symptom that in and of itself can have a multitude of causes of which you cannot waste time to let go undaignosed and untreated ! Also -- i made darn sure with decades of knowledge about canines and the GSD even before i even considered breeding ! don't be so defensive -- take words constructively -- if i did not care about you and the pup -- i would not be so outspoken - now you may not havew 24 hr vet service -- but then again .. when it comes to any of my GSDs -- there is "NO TOMORROW" for that grave of a situation [ could be life threatnening as one stated even if tyhe pup becomes dehydrated] ..that is not acceptable from a vet .--
