It is more about his training philosophy and methods, someone who doesn't train with electric could also profit from attending.

Go Go Go Go Go. Such opportunities are valuable anywhere, but particularly in parts of the world wherein traveling there involves quite a production. You're unlikely to ever regret going, but I submit to you that the will come when you'll regret NOT having attended if you don't.
You can always learn something from someone, even if it's just that their technique is not for you--I have no doubt that you'll come away with at least a few bits of info you will be glad to have harvested some day.

I´d go there for sure, not that many opportunities Downunder -
but I´m a Milquetoast, I´d go without my dog, so I´m able to decide for myself what I want to try and what not...

We hosted a seminar with Jogi Zank earlier this year who has trained extensively with Bart and employs many of the same nepopo techniques and methodologies and it was very informative. Those tequniques are valid regardless of whether you're using an e-collar or some other tool for training. I think you'll probably learn a lot.
