SV breeding requirements and change - Page 1

it seems that most of the folks on pdb wanting the SV to change some thing or other are neither SV members nor active in SV trials or shows. moreover, the very same people seemingly have no problem with their national gsd representation/association having no breeding regulations at all. what gives? why not strive for and expend effort toward, say,  a US-based approach that requires more than a hopefully funded check to get papers? let 'er rip.
