Rosenberg Police Department
The Attorney's office wanted a statement from the Officer. Even after they were told the officer was a K9, they still insisted. So here's what they got.

Some English cops did this a couple of years ago; the officers
concerned were disciplined for it - senior management being
somewhat humourless !
