I don't want to waste anyone's time too much so I'll be short and to the point,
I'm importing a working line European puppy from Netherlands.
please tell me point wise list of papers I should ask the breeder:
Pink Papers?
Local Dutch Kennel Registration?
What else?
Please tell me asap
thanks

more than likely you will have Dutch kennel club papers, that is when they come. These countries take their time with reg. papers and usually its a long wait. You should receive a puppy passport & health records of shots and wormings. Other than that the seller should make you aware of what they are sending you concerning paperwork. The seller knows how long it will take them to receive the Reg. papers and again should inform you.

thanks. Will I get Pink Papers?

No - Pink papers are only issued in Germany by SV
You will get a laminated pedigree, which must list you as the owner
You will get a second document, also laminated, which is the equivilent of the beschineigin
You should also get a brown 11 x 17 pedigree folded in half which contains pedigree with parents titles
If seller has all in order, should not take long to get this from the Netherlands ONCE LITTER REGISTRATION is processed.
