Happy Easter, everyone. We went to the park, finally got a few shots of the queen for her birthday. She is 8! How time flies.

vk4gsd had made a comment the other day about me "sticking to taking pretty puppy pictures because facts are over my head." I thought it was comical, so decided to have a little fun with it when I posted these. 

Mike D., that's Mo's mom. He's turning into a real a$$, btw, in a good way. Really maturing into a lot more dog than even I had expected. Thanks so much for your role in him coming home to me. Can never thank you enough. 

It's always nice to see a nice looking Female (German Shepherd)...Very nice head for a Female...

So many people show off their Males...but I think more emphasis should be put on our Females...They are the foundation of every Good kennel/breeding program...

Thanks, Bob. She gets all the credit, in my book. I have never been one to clamor to the next big name dog for breedings, and any success I may ever have will surely be attributed to my female foundations! 

 I commented to my fiance last night that I want to SCREAM when puppy buyers (well-meaning, mind you) whose pups are like clones of her, rave about the sire after saying how gorgeous their dog is and how it's the best dog they've ever had, blah blah blah.I want to climb the walls!!! What is she, an easy-bake oven??? HELLO!!! LOOK AT THEIR MOTHER!!!  

Yeah, my CHICO pup is really nice.  I saw your female, caprry, in his pedigree somewhere too i think, maybe.  Nice pics btw.

 

Jen:  You know I absolutely love her.  Hope for many many more healthy years ahead for her.  What a beautiful side gate she has.
